
The National Historic Landmarks list being developed under the Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga Act 2014 will identify New Zealand's most important historic places, with the aim of giving them greater recognition and prominence. The list will include places such as the National War Memorial in Wellington, shown here in 2008.
