Nurses in scrubs, 2008 (2nd of 2)

Nurses in scrubs, 2008

These nurses' uniforms of the 2000s (known as scrubs) are radically different to the uniforms of old. Nurses now wear loose polycotton tops and pants and cover their hair with a range of colourful caps in the operating theatre. The uniforms are casual and very practical. Though nursing uniforms now come in a range of colours, some are the traditional white. These theatre nurses work for the Auckland District Health Board.
