Angela McMillan, the 2004 world aerobic gymnastics champion, takes to the air during the senior international individual championships in Auckland in 2005. She later won several other international titles and was placed 3rd in the 2010 world championships. In 2013 she was coach of Vietnam's national sport aerobics team. In aerobic gymnastics competitors perform continuous high-intensity movements to music.
