
Wellington's Midnight Espresso was one of the café trailblazers whose 1989 opening announced the comeback of espresso coffee made from freshly ground beans. Barista Sheryl Flanders passes a freshly made coffee, probably a flat white or caffè latte, to a customer in 1997.
