Women's Easter tournament, 1908

Attired in broad-brimmed hats and full-length skirts, women golfers pose for a photo during the Christchurch Golf Club's Easter tournament in 1908. Despite having to play in these costumes, respectable scores were recorded by Miss Campbell, who won the Canterbury Cup, and Miss Mill, who won both the handicap event and the championship.
