Karate belts, Wellington

In many martial arts, practitioners are awarded belts of different colours to indicate the level of ability they have achieved. This photo, taken at Seido Karate Wellington, shows the belts awarded in that discipline, from the white belt worn by beginners to the black belt worn by the most expert.
