Stabilising a chimney

The first major Canterbury earthquake of September 2010 caused many brick chimneys in and around Christchurch to topple. These two civil defence personnel are stabilising a damaged chimney. The September 2010 earthquake caused widespread damage but no deaths, unlike the earthquake of February 2011.
