Supporting their team

Supporting their team

Many of the large South African contingent that settled on Auckland’s North Shore from the 1990s were a source of enthusiastic support for the Springbok rugby team. Shown here in Bar Africa in Albany, Auckland, are T. J. Croeser and brothers Greg and Jason Crerar, cheering as the whistle blows to end the 2007 Rugby World Cup final between South Africa and England. South Africa won 15–6.
