Royal New Zealand Air Force helicopter, Nelson Lakes, 2011

A Royal New Zealand Air Force Iroquois helicopter takes part in exercises around St Arnaud in the Nelson Lakes area in July 2011. The purpose of the exercise was to equip flight crews with the skills to fly above mountainous terrain in changeable and sometimes extreme weather conditions.
