Red ensigns flying at Rotorua

A number of flags, the majority being red ensigns with the names of Te Arawa hapū on them, fly at Arawa Park, Rotorua, in 1920 at a reception for the Prince of Wales. The Union Jack flies at bottom left, while the United Tribes' flag is atop the flagpole.
