Casting a special vote, 2008 (2nd of 2)

Casting a special vote, 2008

A voter slips a special vote ballot paper into one of a row of ballot boxes in a polling station. Special votes included those, like this one, which were cast outside the electorate in which the voter was enrolled. Cardboard voting booths, which help maintain the secret ballot system, can be seen to the right.
