Literacy Aotearoa Wellington (LAW) is a private training establishment that offers programmes in literacy and numeracy for adults. In 2010 LAW set up a huge Scrabble board in Cuba Mall in central Wellington to promote its services. Here, Wellington Central member of Parliament Grant Robertson (holding an 'M') contemplates the board, alongside other participants.
