The third Asia-Pacific Interfaith Dialogue was held at Waitangi in May 2007. Seen here (left to right) are Paul Morris, professor of religious studies at Victoria University, Pushpa Wood of the New Zealand Interfaith Group and John Dew, Catholic Archbishop of New Zealand. Prime Minister Helen Clark told the representatives, 'I hope that the spirit of Waitangi will assist your work ... on how the many faiths and cultures in our region can live in harmony.'
