Smoking exhibition

Smoking exhibition

In 2010 Public Health South (one of 12 regional public health units) created an exhibition based on the lives of 11 people whose lives had been adversely affected by their cigarette smoking. Public Health South health promotion advisor George Mita (left) is pictured with Giff Peright, who smoked up to 50 cigarettes a day before quitting. Peright was one of the subjects of the exhibition – his photograph is visible at the top of the display board.
