Most 19th-century wedding photos feature tightly corsetted women and solemn-looking men, but this photograph of the wedding party at the marriage of Annie Hill and the Reverend Frederick William Chatterton (seated, centre) is delightfully and unusually informal, with family and friends gathered around.
