Launching the Carers' Strategy, 2008

Photographed at the launch of the Carers' Strategy and Five Year Action Plan in 2008 are Minister of Social Development and Employment Ruth Dyson (centre) with John Forman and Laurie Hilsgen of the Carers Alliance. The strategy aimed to improve the practical support given to unpaid carers, both in the home and in the workplace.
