Te Wānanga o Raukawa

A graduating student from Te Whare Wānanga o Raukawa and Reimana Blackmore hongi during the graduation ceremony in 2010. Te Whare Wānanga o Raukawa was one of three tribally based tertiary institutions. It was established in 1975.
