Outward Bound

Outward Bound

Teenage males on the first Outward Bound course at Anakiwa in the Marlborough Sounds pose with piglets they have killed for dinner. The group of 36 mostly 19-year-olds went through Outward Bound in October–November 1962. The course lasted 24 days.
