Pros and cons of sex work: Mellory Manning

The badly beaten body of sex worker Mellory Manning was found in the Avon River in Christchurch in December 2008. On the night of her death she was last seen getting into a car with a client. These grass seeds found embedded in Manning's cardigan and skirt were part of the forensic evidence accumulated during the police investigation. In May 2014 a man was convicted of her murder.
