Keith Anyon

A lack of educational and support services for their child Keith, who had an intellectual disability, led Harold and Margaret Anyon to set up the Intellectually Handicapped Children's Parents Assocation in 1949, which later became IHC. Here, Keith learns cobbling skills at a shoe shop in the Wellington suburb of Khandallah in the early 1950s.
