Biography: Muldoon, Robert David

Muldoon in Italy

After service in New Caledonia members of Rob Muldoon’s division were sent to reinforce troops in Italy. While there, in 1944 and 1945, he took part in the capture of Trieste, and fought alongside future National Party colleagues Jack Marshall and Duncan MacIntyre. He also completed his accountancy exams.
