The Shamrock Hotel at Fairfax definitely did not burn down. Our Museum has photographs in our collections of it before its planned demolition and also during the demolition process, where the building can be seen to be being purposedly pulled down. If anyone is interested in more of its history, they are welcome to contact us at: [email protected]
