Story: Real estate

The Joneses

The Joneses

The Joneses was a real estate company that operated briefly in New Zealand in the early 2000s. As this billboard suggests, instead of charging a commission based on a percentage of the sales price, it charged a standard fee for all sales, which was attractive to many sellers. However, the company failed to survive a downturn in real estate sales and went into liquidation in February 2008.
