The Māori (Pioneer) Battalion performs a haka, France, 1918

When Prime Minister William Ferguson Massey (right) and his deputy Joseph George Ward (second from right) visited New Zealand troops in France in 1918 they were greeted by a haka from the Māori (Pioneer) Battalion.
