Brown barrel plantation

Brown barrel plantation

Brown barrel (Eucalyptus fastigiata) has been the preferred gum species since the 1990s, as it is the healthiest of the eucalypts growing in New Zealand conditions. It grows fast, reaches heights of over 50 metres, and is tolerant of cold.
