Prize-winning seeds

These seeds from Wright Stephenson won 33 first prizes at the 1941 Otago Agricultural & Pastoral Society winter show. The seed trade has always been an important part of the stock and station business. Since farming began in New Zealand there has been a keen demand for improved pasture and crop seeds, and a strong export market for seeds.
