Story: Duck shooting

Scrub maimai (2nd of 3)

Scrub maimai

The classic maimai for most hunters consists of a simple wooden-framed structure, often lined with corrugated iron. The outside of the maimai is covered in mānuka brush which camouflages it. Mallard-duck decoys float in the foreground.
