Dairy class, Stratford Technical School

Dairy class, Stratford Technical School

Pupils and teachers from Stratford Technical School’s dairy class pose in their classroom in the 1920s. A Babcock milk tester, on the front table, was used to test the fat content of milk. The blackboards list cows and their test results. A butter churn sits on the floor beside the blackboards.
