Cooking demonstration, Royal New Zealand Show

Although shows were originally aimed at farmers, in more recent years they have also catered to an urban audience. These chefs, Gary Miller from the Christchurch Casino and Jonny Schwass from Restaurant Schwass, are showing off their cooking skills in the food and wine marquee at the 2007 Royal Show in Christchurch.
