Halfbreds in the South Island foothills

Halfbred sheep are run in a variety of different environments – from improved pastures in the foothills of the Southern Alps to semi-arid Central Otago and unimproved high country. This mob of Halfbreds is on developed pasture, but at times they would be run on the high hills behind.
