New Zealand has over 30 sister cities in Japan. Dunedin’s sister city is Otaru, and the two centres organise a variety of cultural exchanges. Here, a member of Otaru’s ‘golden oldies’ rugby team, 78-year-old Saki-Kawa Kichito, gets ready for a match with his Otago counterparts.
