Story: Reserve Bank

Alan Bollard

Alan Bollard

In 2010 Reserve Bank Governor Alan Bollard's book Crisis: one central bank governor & the global financial collapse was published, featuring Bollard on the cover. The book was unusual for its frankness, level of personal detail and for the fact it was published so soon after the events it described – memoirs of this sort are usually published years later. It was a bestseller.
