Flower stamps

The 1990 issue of the new Zealand 40-cent stamp showcased four native orchids:

a sun orchid (Thelymitra pulchella)
a spider orchid (Nematoceras macranthum, previously Corybas macranthus)
winika orchid (Winika cunninghamii, previously Dendrobium cunninghamii)
a greenhood (Pterostylis banksii)

The stamps were designed by L. Fisher of Auckland.
