Women and fitness: 1930s advertisement

In 1939 Leah Taylor, owner of a women's fitness business in Auckland, advertised a course of treatment including exercises to promote weight loss and health, along with a range of relaxation, beauty and nutrition services. Many modern women's gyms take a similar approach.
