Helping the big boys

Commenting on New Zealand’s relative influence in world politics, this cartoon was a response to Foreign Minister Don McKinnon’s comment that election to the United Nations Security Council ‘puts us in the 1st XV of international security’. Cartoonist Frank Greenall suggests otherwise, depicting McKinnon in an All Black jersey, handing out oranges to the larger players, who talk amongst themselves.
