Story: Ombudsmen and officers of Parliament

Commenting on cold homes

Commenting on cold homes

This cartoon appeared after the parliamentary commissioner for the environment's report Healthy, wealthy and wise: a health impact assessment of future currents was published in 2006. The report advocated making New Zealand's notoriously cold homes more energy efficient, both to help combat climate change and to improve the health of those who lived in them.
