Eastern rosella

The eastern rosella has a distinctive red head, which contrasts with its yellow underbelly, and its blue and green wings and tail. Rosellas are often seen in pairs or in small flocks.

Hi James. Eastern Rosella's like to nest in the hollow branches of dead 150 year old Eucalypts. Plant a couple of those and wait a bit. :-) In the meantime, put out some bird feeding mix and plant some quick growing Grevilleas and Banksias.

Hi James. We have an established loquad tree and eastern rosellas seem to love the fruits. once the loquad is finished the pears seem to be very attractive to them. i don´t know what they love most but those two work for us.
