Howard Morrison Quartet

The Howard Morrison Quartet was often seen on New Zealand television from 1960 to 1965 (when the group broke up), with its first appearance on the first day of broadcasting. At the time the quartet already had television experience – the four, from left Morrison, Noel Kingi, Gerry Merito and Wi Wharekura, had been performing for some years and had appeared on television in Melbourne.
