Shayn 'Hurricane' Wills performs at the Cross Creek Blues Club in 2012. Throughout the 2000s the Cross Creek Blues Club met monthly at the Tin Hut, a pub at Tauherenīkau, just north of Featherston. Musicians from the Wairarapa and Wellington performed there regularly.
