Sara Vui-Talitu, a reporter for Radio New Zealand International (now RNZ Pacific), reports from the Palau Arts Festival in 2004. RNZ Pacific is a short-wave service broadcast to the Pacific Islands. This includes the faraway islands of Micronesia, such as Palau, as well as the islands of Polynesia and Melanesia.
