These three women (from left: Katerina Schplivesky, Zena Haight and Sandra Shaouy) were White Russians (supporters of the overthrown Tsarist regime in Russia) who made their home in New Zealand. They were still working for a living in their 60s at a Lower Hutt biscuit factory.
