Walter Godfrey tees off at the Poverty Bay Golf Club during a match against Australian professional Bob Tuohy. In this case, Godfrey lost by one shot. As a 16-year-old Godfrey won the National Amateur Championship in 1958, and later became a successful professional golfer.
