Kevin Fallon, former coach of the All Whites football team, takes a Year 10 football academy class at Mt Albert Grammar School in 2008. Sporting academies were introduced by some secondary schools in response to their community's demand for coaching and facilities that would help talented school-age athletes achieve their sporting goals.
