Family Court Judge Alayne Wills (standing, left), who is of Ngāi Tahu and Te Arawa descent, chose to take the oath of office at the Tamatekapua meeting house at Ōhinemutu, Rotorua in 2010. A special sitting of the court was held in the meeting house for the occasion.
