Westland Dairy Products

Westland Dairy Products is one of the small number of manufacturers that did not join the Fonterra co-operative when it formed in 2001. Westland Dairy Products has its roots in the Hokitika Dairy Company, which was founded in 1868. It specialises in infant formula, ingredients like milk powders and proteins and cream products, and butters and yoghurt.
