Judicial conduct review system

The process for considering a complaint against a judge is set out in this diagram. The judicial conduct commissioner receives and considers the complaint. He or she may then refer the matter to a judicial conduct panel, which investigates it. The panel may ultimately recommend that removal of the judge be considered.
