Missing person appeal

Missing person appeal

Detective Mike Oxnam appeals to the public for information about missing Paekākāriki man Raymond Piper on 28 May 2010. Police often use the media to ask for information from the public to help with their investigations. By August 2010 four people had been charged in relation to Piper's murder. His body was found in a shallow grave in the Maungakotukutuku Valley the following month.
