Niuean-born people in New Zealand and Niue, 1951–2011/13 (1 o 2)

The growth of the New Zealand Niuean population has clearly come at the expense of the island population. Up until the 1970s the island population was stable, but then began to fall into a decline that left some villages as virtual ghost towns.
