The heading on the picture identifies the twins incorrectly. Herbert (Bert) Bockett is on the left of the photo and Arthur Bockett is on the right. I think the Evening Post made the initial mistake and printed a correction a day or two later. Following on from this mistake the thumbnail is of Arthur Bockett, not Herbert.

The heading on the picture is still wrong and has been repeated wrongly in a recent publication. The above comment was not 'anonymous' it was made by me (Brian Wood former general manager of the Waterfront Industry Commission) on the basis of working in the head office of the Waterfront Industry Commission for Arthur Bockett for 12 of the years that he was commissioner, including at the time of the above investiture. If you are unable to find the Evening Post correction to verify my advice, please let me know.
