Protected Disclosures Act pamphlet

This pamphlet provides information on the Protected Disclosures Act 2000 and outlines the advice which can be provided to intending whistleblowers by the Office of the Ombudsmen. The act provides legal protections for public servants who disclose serious wrongdoing, including unlawful use of funds, conduct that jeopardises public health and safety, and criminal acts.
